3. पहचान प्रमाण पत्र:

पहचान सत्यापन के लिए निम्नलिखित दस्तावेज़ों में से किसी एक की आवश्यकता होती है:

  • आधार कार्ड
  • वोटर आईडी कार्ड
  • पासपोर्ट
  • ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस

4. पासपोर्ट आकार के फोटोग्राफ:

दोनों पक्षों के हाल ही के पासपोर्ट आकार के चार-चार फोटोग्राफ आवश्यक हैं।

5. वैवाहिक स्थिति का शपथ पत्र:

दोनों पक्षों को एक शपथ पत्र प्रस्तुत करना होता है, जिसमें उनकी वैवाहिक स्थिति (अविवाहित, तलाकशुदा, या विधवा/विधुर) की घोषणा होती है।

6. तलाक की डिक्री या मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र (यदि लागू हो):

  • तलाकशुदा होने पर: तलाक की प्रमाणित डिक्री।
  • विधवा/विधुर होने पर: पूर्व पति/पत्नी का मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र।

7. गवाहों के दस्तावेज़:

कोर्ट मैरिज के लिए तीन गवाहों की आवश्यकता होती है। प्रत्येक गवाह के लिए निम्नलिखित दस्तावेज़ आवश्यक हैं:

  • पहचान प्रमाण (आधार कार्ड, वोटर आईडी, पासपोर्ट, आदि)
  • पासपोर्ट आकार का फोटोग्राफ

8. आवेदन पत्र और शुल्क:

  • आवेदन पत्र: विवाह रजिस्ट्रार कार्यालय से प्राप्त और सही तरीके से भरा हुआ।
  • शुल्क: प्रत्येक राज्य में अलग-अलग हो सकता है; स्थानीय विवाह रजिस्ट्रार कार्यालय में जानकारी प्राप्त करें।

महत्वपूर्ण ध्यान देने योग्य बातें:

  • नोटरीकृत दस्तावेज़: कई दस्तावेज़ों को नोटरी द्वारा सत्यापित करना आवश्यक हो सकता है।
  • मूल और प्रतियां: सभी दस्तावेज़ों के मूल और उनकी सत्यापित प्रतियां साथ रखें।
  • क्षेत्रीय भिन्नताएं: दस्तावेज़ों की आवश्यकताएं राज्य या जिले के अनुसार भिन्न हो सकती हैं; स्थानीय विवाह रजिस्ट्रार या वकील से परामर्श करें।
